Check-in & check-out
- Check-in is from 14:00; check-out is by 10:00.
- Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability; ask us in advance.
- Please bring a valid ID or passport to check in.
Payment
- Rates are in US Dollars per room per night and include breakfast.
- Nothing is charged when you book. Pay on arrival by Visa or Mastercard, USD cash or EcoCash.
Cancellation
- Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, and no-shows, may be charged one night.
- To change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or WhatsApp us with your booking reference.
Halaal
- FIRN Lodge is strictly halaal. No pork or non-halaal food is served on the premises.
House rules
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Quiet hours are 22:00 – 06:30.
- Pets are not allowed.
Privacy
- We use your details only to manage your booking and stay. We never sell or share them.

- Where is FIRN Lodge?
- We are at 5 Charles Bullock Avenue in Belvedere, a quiet central suburb of Harare about 10 minutes from the city centre and five minutes from Exhibition Park and the National Sports Stadium. Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport is 25–30 minutes away by car.
- Is the lodge halaal?
- Yes. FIRN Lodge is strictly halaal. All food prepared in our kitchen is halaal, and no pork is served on the premises.
- Is breakfast included?
- Yes. Every rate includes breakfast, cooked to order or continental, served each morning.
- How do I pay?
- You can book online without paying anything upfront and settle on arrival by card, USD cash or EcoCash.
- Can you arrange an airport transfer?
- Yes. Add your flight details to the booking or send them to us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a driver.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged for the first night.
